They come with either a king bed or twin beds, plus a proper sitting area where you can lounge after a day at the beach. The balcony is bigger too, just right for sunset drinks. Daily housekeeping means you'll always come back to fresh towels and made-up beds. Good for travelers who like a bit of extra space.

Our top-tier rooms offer the most comfort.
We're talking premium bedding, a separate lounge area, and balconies with glimpses of the ocean between the palm trees. You get hotel-quality comforts while keeping that distinctive Woburn character. Perfect when you want to treat yourself without losing that residential feel.

These cleverly designed space proves good things come in small packages.
You'll find a full kitchen (with everything but the chef), a living area that easily converts to a workspace, and a separate bedroom for proper privacy. Ideal for digital nomads or couples who plan to be out exploring Malindi by day.

2. Spacious Apartments (150m²)
Our most popular option - the perfect balance of space and value.
These feature a proper kitchen where you can actually cook meals, a separate dining area, and a bedroom with ample storage so you can properly unpack. The highlight? Sliding glass doors open to your own private terrace - your personal slice of Malindi sunshine.

The crown jewel of Woburn, our only standalone two-floor cottage.
Downstairs features an open-plan living area and full kitchen that flows out to your private garden. Upstairs offers two ensuite bedrooms (no hallway bathroom sharing here). Perfect for families who want extra privacy or friends traveling together who appreciate their own space.
